Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.
Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day changes, or no-shows will incur a 75% fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled once as a courtesy if requested before 72 hours. Additional changes require booking same-day, subject to availability.
Rescheduled appointments are not eligible for weekend availability and must be booked Tuesday–Friday.
